Having been in business as Bolton staircase manufacturers and suppliers for many years, we understand the importance of getting a good understanding of a job before the materials are cut. We offer a free survey before any work is agreed so we can discuss client’s wishes and take any measurements needed. After talking with Mr and Mrs C, we knew from experience that the work would only take one day to complete.
The day arrived, and the first thing we had to do was protect the surroundings we were going to work in. Dust sheets and the right tools for the job mean that when we leave there is nothing for the client to do but enjoy their new staircase.
After removing the old 70’s style newel post and balustrade, it was in with the new. A lovely new oak newel post with a chrome cap, an oak handrail lined with chrome spindles. The look was very homely without being too industrial looking.
Mr and Mrs C were over the moon with the result and were amazed how quick the whole process was carried out.
Training is Key
Bolton staircase renovations are a daily occurrence for us, and the teams are well practised in the tasks they have to perform. We have found over the years that training is key to our success. Every area from Bolton staircase design to customer service is looked at; we actively listen to comments from clients so we can continually evolve and get better than we are now.
A happy customer may bring us one or two new clients, but if a client is upset we could lose 20 or more potential customers. The way we see it is that if a customer is not 100% satisfied, the job is not finished.
