Wood, Glass and Chrome Staircase Renovation
Local business couple Mr and Mrs S. from Winstanley, Wigan obtained three separate quotes from different Wigan staircase suppliers and manufacturers before awarding their Wigan staircase renovation project to us. The reason they gave us the job was because they said that they felt more comfortable with Modernise Your Stairs Wigan carrying out the staircase renovation to their home, that we grasped their ideas for their new bespoke Wigan staircase design better than anyone else had done.
The Brief for Wood, Glass and Chrome Staircase Renovation
Our brief was to modernise their staircase using a combination of white painted newel posts, “Opti-‐White” glass for almost colourless clarity, and a sleek, brushed chrome, square sectioned handrail. It had to be visually stunning but with a homely look to it, and not look like an industrial office.
Modernise Your Stairs Wigan staircase renovation team went to work, we custom made a small sample that we then took round to their home one evening. Over a cup of coffee, we sat together and chatted about the attributes of the materials they had chosen. They approved our sample and commented on how great it was that they were able to actually see and feel the different pieces that would later on combine together to transform their staircase and hallway into the stunning entrance they envisaged.
No Disruption! No Mess!
An installation day was arranged for the work to commence on the project, and it took Modernise Your Stairs Wigan one full day and a half day to complete. As usual there was no disruption to the normal running of the household and the existing carpets, paintwork and wallpaper were undamaged. In fact, the only way you would know that we’d ever been there is when you open the front door, and you can’t help muttering the word “wow” over and over. Mr and Mrs S. were overjoyed with the end result, they also mentioned how professional the team had been while in their home. Another satisfied customer, great job and thanks to all the team.
